PEM Seminar: September 11, 2020
For the purposes of the PEM Seminar, the registration forms will collect your personal information such as your name, phone numbers, email address, etc. With the registration for the PEM Seminar on September 11, 2020, your contact details may be used to contact you for future Department of Mining Engineering events. Photographs taken during the PEM Seminar may be used in promotional material for future events.
However, NO online payment method related information such as credit card details will be obtained by The Department of Mining Engineering, as the online payment details will be kept within the secured servers of Worldpay payment gateway.
Credit Card Transactions
Some event registrations on this site enable credit card transactions. These features are completely voluntary to registrants. The operators of this site would like to assure you that measures have been taken to make such transactions secure.
This site utilizes industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and TLS servers to encrypt your information and prevent unauthorized access.
The processing of online transactions is done through Worldpay.
Shortly after a purchase or refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. You are advised to print out and save a copy of the order confirmation for verification necessary to request refunds or resolve any disputes.
Refund Policy
Cancellation with refund (less $20 administrative fee) is available until September 4, 2020. No refunds after September 4, 2020. Substitutions may be made at any time. Please notify us in advance.
