Credit Card Transactions
Some purchases on this site enable credit card transactions. The operators of this site would like to assure you that measures have been taken to make such transactions secure.
This site utilizes industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and TLS servers to encrypt your information and prevent unauthorized access.
The processing of online transactions is done through Worldpay.
Shortly after a purchase or refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. You are advised to print out and save a copy of the order confirmation for verification necessary to request refunds or resolve any disputes.
NO online payment method related information such as credit card details will be obtained by The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, as the online payment details will be kept within the secured servers of Worldpay payment gateway.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available (less $20 administrative fee) upon request and justification, for un-opened items only, for up to 14 days after purchase. Requests should be made to mike.johnson@uky.edu.
